Thank you PureVPN, you are the best, I'm from one of the islamic countries in middle-east and islamic regime blocked lots of news websites. I'm so happy to use your service in order to access to the blocked websites. It's important for us that you support L2TP.

I am using your service for almost a year now and have found no problems whatsoever. However, there are a multiple suggestions for PureVPN. 1. Ability to chose from servers while ordering. 2. Provide options to customize the package. 3. Improve your account information email format.

Pure VPN Tutorials
Setting up your VPN under Windows 7
Setting up Purevpn access under Windows 7 is simple. The following instructions will guide you through a manual connection of the PureVPN service on Windows 7 machines.
1
STEP 1
• First, click on the Start button and click “Control Panels”. This opens up the “Control Panel Home”.

2
STEP 2
• Next, click on the “Network and Internet” control panel, which is circled in red below.

3
STEP 3
• Next, click on “Connect to a network”.

4
STEP 4
• The next screen may not look quite like this if you have networks already defined. In any case, click on “Set up a connection or Network”.

5
STEP 5
• On the next screen, click on “Connect to a workplace” then click “Next”.

6
STEP 6
• Next click “Use my Internet connection (VPN)”.
If you are asked if you would like to use an existing connection choose 'No, create a new connection' and click 'Next'.

7
STEP 7
• Now, enter the server information.
In the text box labeled ‘Internet address’ type IP address of our VPN server that we provide to you.
In the text box labeled ‘Destination name’ type ‘Purevpn.com’. This is the name of the connection, and will show up in the “Connect to a network” screen when we’re done.
Lastly, make sure that the checkbox labeled “Don't connect now; just set it up so I can connect later” is checked.
Then click the “Next” button.

8
STEP 8
• In this screen, enter your Purevpn username and password.
In the text box labeled “User name:” (highlighted in blue), enter your Purevpn username.
In the text box labeled “Password:” (highlighted in yellow), enter your Purevpn password.
Optionally, check the “Remember this password” checkbox (highlighted in green) and you won’t have to enter your password when you connect to Purevpn.
Then, click the ”Create” button.

9
STEP 9
• You should see this screen next. Click the “Close” button to return to the “Network and Internet” screen.

10
STEP 10
• Now click on “Connect to a network” again.

11
STEP 11
• Go to the connection to check all the settings. Click onto the active connection in the task bar. Click on the connection and click connect, On the login screen click on properties.

12
STEP 12
• In the property window, click the “Options” tab.

13
STEP 13
• In the “Options” tab, make sure the checkbox labeled “Include Windows logon domain” (highlighted in green) is unchecked.
Then click the “PPP Settings…” button (highlighted in red).

14
STEP 14
• In the “PPP Settings” dialog box, make sure the settings look like the ones in the picture below, then click the “OK” button (highlighted in red).

15
STEP 15
• Next, click the “Security” tab, which is highlighted in red.

16
STEP 16
• Make sure the security tab has the same settings as here. Then click on "Setting" button.
Make sure that the Data encryption section is set to "Optional encryption".

• At the Pop Up window Click on "Yes".

• Go to the “Networking” tab, highlighted in red below.

17
STEP 17
• This screen shows you the network settings. You may have different items in your list. In the list of items that you see, make sure that only the “Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)” and “Client for Microsoft Networks” items are checked. If other protocols are checked, uncheck them by clicking on the checkbox (the thing that looks like a ‘√’).
Purevpn currently does not route anything except TCP/IP version 4.

18
STEP 18
• You’re now done with your basic setup! You've set up your Purevpn connection to use PPTP. Click “OK” to finish now, if you want.
However, for better security we recommend that you configure your VPN connection to use an L2TP/IPsec connection, which is more secure. To do this, keep reading.

• Setting up L2TP/IPsec
In the “Purevpn Properties”,click onto the 'Security' tab then click on the “Type of VPN” pop–up menu (highlighted in red) and select “L2TP/IPsec”.
