Faster and cheaper vpn

i live in china, can't access youtube hulu and more and more...
even view normal site outside of china,like gametrailers gamespot. they are very slow. now, i enjoy surfing the the internet because of your service.

but, even price is $6 for a month. it's too expensive to chinese.
as i know,chinese only hava $150 balance earning. $70 for house, $60 for eat,
and $15 to ISP provider. and..... only have $5 for other...): but i love your service.

can you guys provide a service that cost $3.5-$5.0 for chinese? Most of us only have 512KBPS-2MBPS Connetion. it will not cost much resource .
