The very first screen that you will get to see when you run the software is the Dashboard. The small panel at the top right will confirm your connection status. It will also tell you the IP assigned to you and the duration of the established connection.

PureVPN.com has added an excellent functionality of Split Tunneling [beta] to its software which will split the VPN tunnel for specified applications. It will allow you to direct some traffic or applications through a VPN tunnel while sending other traffic directly through a local network's default gateway. This feature is disabled by default. When enabled, applications launched from this window will use VPN tunnel while all other traffic will be directed through your local gateway.
You need to run PureVPN Software as administrator to be able to use this feature properly.
