Dashboard

The very first screen that you will get to see when you run the software is the Dashboard. The small panel at the top right will confirm your connection status. It will also tell you the IP assigned to you and the duration of the established connection.

You can

Select the protocol you want to use from the protocol drop down menu. The protocols offered are PPTP, L2TP and SSTP.
Select which country you want to connect to, from the country drop down menu. You can either select server of your choice or go for the random server.
Enter your login details and click Quick Connect to connect to the specified or random server.
Check the Remember me checkbox if you do not wish to enter your login details each time.

Country Selection Tool

This pane lets you use our Intelligent VPN Server Speed Test Tool. This tool helps you in selecting the fastest server based on your usage purpose. You can select any one of the 9 purposes to find and automatically connect to the fastest server.

Use Intelligence

First select your purpose of using VPN and the protocol you want to connect through.
Use intelligence then gives you two choices. Either connect to the fastest server or manually select from the recommend servers for the particular purpose.

Click "Connect Now" to connect to the fastest server.

Browse All Servers

Browse All Servers is our old version server selection tool with the list of all servers in all countries.
Select your VPN Protocol and connect to the server of your choice from the long list of servers in many countries.

Click "Connect Now" to connect to PureVPN.

Split Tunneling [beta]

PureVPN.com has added an excellent functionality of Split Tunneling [beta] to its software which will split the VPN tunnel for specified applications. It will allow you to direct some traffic or applications through a VPN tunnel while sending other traffic directly through a local network's default gateway. This feature is disabled by default. When enabled, applications launched from this window will use VPN tunnel while all other traffic will be directed through your local gateway.

How it works?

Clicking on the green button named Disabled will enable this feature.
You can also check 'Make Permanent' option to avoid "Run as Administrative" step. Before making it permanent follow these steps.
Click on 'Press to Search Applications' to see the list of applications (that can be used in split tunneling) on your computer.
Click on the 'Launch' to launch the application in Split Tunneling Mode.
You can manually add applications by clicking on 'ADD AN APPLICATION' at the bottom of pane.

You need to run PureVPN Software as administrator to be able to use this feature properly.

Settings

This pane will provide users with the option of changing the settings as per their preference. Feature settings like 'Redial automatically if the connection drops', 'Auto connect after launch' etc... have been given in control of the users on continuous user demand.

Users can now set encryption level as needed. Lower the encryption, higher will be the speed and vice versa.

Support

This is a dedicated pane for support queries. You can avail the live chat option, generate email/support tickets so that our committed and friendly support staff can look into your matter and solve it on urgent basis. If your connection was rejected or terminated for any reason then this pane will have the log which you can easily export via 'Export Log' button and share it with our support staff if required.
