Dashboard

The very first screen that you will get to see when you run the software is the Dashboard. The small panel at the top right will confirm your status whether you are connected or not. It will also tell you the IP assigned to you and the duration of the established connection.

You can

Select which protocol you want to use from the protocol field. The protocols offered are PPTP, L2TP and SSTP.
Select which country you want to connect to, from the country field. You can either select server of your choice or go for the random server.
Enter your login details and click Quick Connect to connect to the specified or random server
Check the Remember me checkbox if you do not wish to enter your login details each time

Country Selection Tool

This pane features detailed information about the countries and the protocols offered by Purevpn.com. It has two sub panels namely Select by Country and Select by Purpose.

Select by Country

You can view the complete list of countries, cities and servers being offered
Pressing the Expand All button will give detail info about the countries
You can also input dedicated server in case you are using the PureGold plan

Select by Purpose

Drop down menu enlists key purposes including Higher Security and Anonymity, USA/ UK/ Canada TV Watching etc
Choosing a purpose and clicking on the Process Now button will automatically list down nearest and recommended servers

Clicking on the Connect Now button will create the connection and you will be ready to go.

[NEW] Split Tunneling [beta]

PureVPN.com has added an excellent functionality of Split Tunneling [beta] to its software which will literally splits the VPN tunnel for you if you opt for it. It will allow you to direct some traffic through a VPN tunnel while sending other traffic directly through a local network's default gateway. This feature is disabled by default. When enabled, applications launched from this window will use VPN tunnel while all other traffic will be directed through your local gateway.

How it works?

Clicking on the green button named Disabled will enable this feature. You can check mark on the Make Permanent option to set your desired option as a permanent one.
Click on the Press to Search Applications button. A list of applications will be displayed once the search is complete.
Click on the Launch button to launch the application.
You can manually add applications by using the ADD AN APPLICATION button at the bottom of this tab.

Important Note

You need to run PureVPN Software as administrator to be able to use this feature properly.

Settings

This pane will provide users with the option of changing the settings as per their desire. Useful features like Redial automatically if the connection drops, Auto connect after launch etc have been added due to continuous needs and demands of users.

You can choose settings as per your own desire and easily save it by clicking on the Save Settings button.

This is another very easy to navigate pane which gives up to date information on our offered packages and the amount of discount you can make on every package. Support

This is a dedicated pane for support queries. You can avail the live chat option, generate email/ support tickets so that our committed and friendly support staff can look into your matter and solve it on urgent basis. If your connection was rejected or terminated for any reason then this pane will have the log which you can easily export via Export Log button and share it with our support staff if required.
