How to set up a DD-WRT VPN
Log in to the router control panel using the default IP address and admin credentials.
Navigate to the Set up tab select Tunnels and click Add Tunnel.
Download the desired Wireguard configuration file from your Members Area.
Enter the required details, including enabling the Tunnel option, selecting WireGuard as the Protocol Type, setting MTU to 1412, clicking Generate for Local Public Key, and filling out the DNS Servers via Tunnel and Local Private Key fields from the WireGuard config file.
Click Add Tunnel and set Endpoint to Enable, enter the server address and port number from the config file in EndPoint Address, input 21 for Persistent Keepalive, and copy/paste the public key and IP addresses from the config file in the Peer Public Key and IP Addresses / Netmask (CIDR) fields.
Save and apply the settings to activate the Wireguard connection.
