Apps Performance Marketing Specialist
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You will be joining our performance marketing team and work on several user acquisition channels such as Google, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, DSPs, Affiliates, and other programmatic channels. Part of your responsibility will be to work on our apps with the aim of maximizing ROAS and LTV and effectively managing their paid budgets. You will work with App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive installs and convert users for our apps to enable sustainable and strong growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and embrace challenges
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in performance marketing campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze campaigns in depth by understanding the core problems/drivers of change
- Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs, and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with our design and data & engineering teams
- Research the relationship between paid and organic placements, cannibalization of organic traffic by paid placements, impact of ASO efforts on paid and organic, pricing optimization and more.
- Analyze competitors and continually expand and optimize performance by looking into threats and opportunities
Eligibility criteria
- 1-2 years proven experience in performance marketing (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns, Google Search and Facebook advertising)
- You are well-versed in both app and web marketing
- You have a deep understanding of the mobile tracking and measurement ecosystem, including: MMPs, event set up, SDK and S2S tracking.
- You like to be up to date on current trends, best marketing practices and have experience with working on creative assets
- You are able to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in details and therefore, make decisions the most effective way
- You are familiar with campaign management tools, automation of campaign optimization, generating reports as well as A/B and multivariate experiments
- You have experience with reporting tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Excel, etc.)
- You have the ability to manage yourself, take initiative, work under tight deadlines and always keep a positive attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication (additional languages are a plus)
