Head of Marketing PurePrivacy

In A Nutshell:

PurePrivacy is early in its journey to redefine user’s digital wellbeing. We are looking for a growth leader who is curious, passionate and helps us in our vision of “Building an internet-for-all, free from fear, discrimination and boundaries”. Your primary goal is to build, scale, and optimise acquisition (demand gen) programs that drive product awareness. In this position, you will identify / optimise new channel opportunities, drive strategy and development of compelling campaigns and execution, implement testing and optimization plans, and manage / generate reports and presentations of campaign success and learnings.

  • You will own both long-term strategy and day-to-day execution of all Marketing activities.

  • Lead the marketing team in implementing the growth strategy; breaking it down into concrete projects with clear objectives and KPIs and ensuring the team delivers.
  • You’ll be responsible for the P&L and accountable for driving capital efficient growth strategies across the PurePrivacy product.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Product, lead the research efforts, through established frameworks, to find growth opportunities and untapped channels.
  • Working closely with the Product leadership, identify the unmet needs within the booming Security & Privacy space and strive that the currently catered needs are delivered to users in the shortest possible time thus delivering an amazing experience from sign up to first value realisation.
  • Lead Organisation’s transformation to a Product Led Growth org, influencing cross team structuring, workflows and underlying metrics/models.
  • You will assist our Brand team with strategy and execution of our Brand. You will ensure these goals are in line with overall company strategic objectives and that there is buy-in across the company for the investments we make, the goals we set, and the success metrics we track in Brand.
  • Working closely with Finance Business Partners create financial models, budgets and chart roadmaps to achieve desired growth targets. Infuse and inculcate data driven, experiments oriented, data driven and agile approach within team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience shaping high-impact growth loops for freemium technology products.
  • Analytical approach and customer empathy- you pick the right bets based on data and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit- you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals with ambiguity, and focuses on driving impact.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, keeping teams motivated and excited about your next big idea.
